Method
- In a large mixing bowl, bring together the hung curd and sugar. Mix it really well.
- Cover and chill it for 1-2 hours.
- Grate the shakkar teti and let it drain a little if it is releasing lot of juice.
- Once the yogurt-sugar have chilled and the shakkar teti has drained, fold it in shakkar teti in the yogurt.
- If using, add the cardomom powder.
- Chill for few more hours.
- Garnish and serve.
