Method
- Wash, dry and chop all the vegetables in equal sized small cubes
- Pour over the oil and mix well with your hands.
- Sprinkle methi masalo gradually and coat everything well.
- Transfer it into a glass jar with lid.
- Enjoy with khakhra, bhakri, puri or even rotli.
- Stays well for upto 3-4 weeks in the fridge.
