ripe mangoes
diced

tomatoes
finely chopped

spring onions
sliced

capsicum
finally chopped

coriander
finely chopped

red chili powder
salt to taste
Method
In a large bowl mix together diced mangoes and tomatoes. Mix well with hand and squash a bit.
Add rest of the ingredients, mix well and chill.
Serve with chips of your choice.
