Ingredients
  

  • Cones
  • Bhaji of the Bhaji Pav fame
  • Khajoor-Imli Chutney/Dates and Tamarind Chutney
  • Sev
  • Onions finely chopped

Method
 

  1. If the baked cones have gone cold, toast them a little in a warm over or over a griddle.
  2. Pour little Khajoor chutney in the bottom of the cone.
  3. Fill it to the top with Bhaji.
  4. Swirl some more Khajoor-Imli Chutney on the top of the Bhaji.
  5. Sprinkle sev and chopped onion.
  6. Serve immediately.
